- The rates are all inclusive and include: rental, bed and bathroom linen, cleaning before and after your departure (from T3).
- You are our guests. We answer your questions before your stay and during your stay, we offer emergency assistance.
- A Welcome Book will be waiting for you in the rental with information on its operation.
- Wi-fi connection. Difficult to do without the internet even for a weekend? In most rentals, the Wi-Fi network is included.

LIST OF EQUIPMENT
Les Clés du Phare guarantees you a list of equipment via strict specifications to bring you “the comfort of home”.
Below is the equipment you will find in most of our rentals. We invite you to consult the precise description indicated in the rental form, variations being possible depending on the surface and the arrangement of the rooms of the property.
The kitchen area:
- Refrigerator.
- An independent freezer or a combination * from T3.
- Hob.
- Oven.
- Microwave oven.
- Coffee and tea maker.
- Toaster.
- Sufficient crockery.
- Cooking utensils.
- Dishwasher * from T3.
- Washing machine / tumble dryer * / standing dryer.
- Free storage space.
- Grocery funds (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper …).
The bathroom space:
- Hair dryer.
- Mirror.
- Iron and ironing board.
- Towel dryer or towel rail in sufficient quantity.
The living area:
- Unlimited Wifi Internet access *.
- TV.
- DVD player in some locations.
The sleeping area:
- Comfortable sleeping.
- In the case of a sofa bed, the bedding will have the same quality as a normal bed.
- Duvet or sheets, blankets and pillows.
- Bedspread.
- Dressing room (sufficient number of hangers).
- Bedding protectors.
The maintenance space:
- Provision of cleaning products.
